Terms of Service

Effective 6 July 2026

The service

The Gamer Pass (gp.iesf.org) is operated by the International Esports Federation (IESF), Busan, South Korea. It publishes esports player Gamer Passes built from official IESF competition records and, optionally, gaming platforms the player links or declares. By using the site you accept these terms and the Privacy Policy.

Accounts and claiming

Signing in uses your IESF account (shared across iesf.org services). Keep your credentials safe — activity under your account is your responsibility. Each account can hold one player Gamer Pass.

Claiming a Gamer Pass is a statement that you are that player. Claims are reviewed by your national federation, and false or misleading claims will be reversed and may lead to account removal.

Your content and conduct

Content you add (photo, bio, social links, hardware, declared handles) must be accurate, must be yours, and must not infringe anyone's rights. You grant IESF a non-exclusive license to display that content on your Gamer Pass and in shareable Gamer Pass images. Declared platform handles must belong to you — they are labeled as self-reported, and declaring someone else's handle is impersonation.

Don't misuse the service: no impersonation, no attempts to access other players' accounts, no bulk scraping or automated abuse of the site or the platform data it serves, and no unlawful use.

Competition records and platform data

IESF competition results shown on Gamer Passes are the official record of IESF events; disputes are handled through your national federation, not by editing the Gamer Pass.

Platform sections are powered by third-party sources — Steam (Valve), FACEIT, OpenDota, Leetify, Blizzard career data via the OverFast API, and Epic Games stats via Fortnite-API.com. That data is shown as provided by those sources, may lag or contain errors, and can disappear if a source changes its service. All game and platform names are trademarks of their owners; none of these companies endorse or operate the Gamer Pass. Leetify data is fetched live and attributed to Leetify.

Availability, changes and termination

The service is provided as is, without warranties, and features may change, be suspended or be withdrawn. We may remove content or Gamer Passes and suspend accounts that violate these terms. To the extent permitted by law, IESF is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the service or from third-party data shown on it.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, where IESF is headquartered.

Changes to these terms

We will update this page when the terms change and adjust the effective date above. Continuing to use the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.
